HSE Reward & Recognition Program

To show our committment to HSE and as per our IMS Policy Al Hajiry has now implemented a HSE Reward & Recognition Program. On a monthly basis one Junior Staff from each location is chosen and awarded with RO 100 & the title of “HSE Man of the Month”, if he/she has satisfied the below criteria :

• Wearing required PPE at all times

 •Mentoring others/teat mates on HSE

•Identification of hazards and reporting the same to Supervisors

•Prevention of an injury or damage to property

•Near Miss Reported to Supervisors

•Housekeeping of work area and accommodation
