AL HAJIRY COMPLIES WITH ANNUAL INCREMENT RULE OF MOM

The Ministry of Manpower (MoM) has asked all firms to comply with a decision by H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah al Bakri, Minister of Manpower, earlier this year on annual increments for private sector employees, which comes into effect from January 2013.

Sam Varghese, managing director, Al Hajiry Group of Companies, said the group will be increasing salaries of over 200 Omani staff members. “We do this every year. In addition to Omani staff, we will also be increasing salaries of expatriate staff.”
