To show our commitment to HSE and as per our IMS Policy, Al Hajiry has now implemented a HSE Reward & Recognition Program. On a monthly basis, one Junior Staff from each location is chosen and awarded with RO 100 & the title of “HSE Man of the Month”, if he/she has satisfied the below criteria:

• Wearing required PPE at all times
\n
• Mentoring others/team mates on HSE
\n
• Identification of hazards and reporting the same to Supervisors
\n
• Prevention of an injury or damage to property
\n
• Near Miss Reported to Supervisors
\n
• Housekeeping of work area and accommodation
\n
