Al Bustan Residences, one of Oman’s most recent and prestigious real estate developments, has announced the official commencement of construction on the exclusive site which is located opposite the iconic Majlis Oman parliament building in the beautiful Al Bustan village.

The official ceremony recently took place at the site where Sayyid Salem Musallam Al Busaidy, on behalf of Baader Projects, Hotels and Resorts and Jacob Carlose, general manager of Al Hajiry Trading, Construction Division declared the site open.

The Al Hajiry Group was appointed earlier this year as the project’s construction contractor and will be responsible for the construction of the development which comprises luxury villas and also includes an exclusive health club.

Al Hajiry Group was established in 1994 and is well respected within the region, particularly recognized for their expertise in civil mechanical and electrical contracting.
