MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - OUR WORKSHOPS

Al Hajiry Mechanical division operates a head office in Wadi Kabir, Muscat. 

We have 3 manufacturing & fabrication workshops at Wadi Kabir, Nizwa and Sohar. Each of these workshops have the latest machinery and equipment including:

• Automatic blasting and airless gun painting
• 20mm rolling machine
• 2x10 tons overhead cranes
• Shearing machine up to 12mm
• Hydraulic press brake of 300 tons
• Plasma cutting machines
• TIG, MIG, SAW & SMAW facilities
• Mobile cranes of 25, 30, 50 & 100 tons 

1) Wadi Kabir Workshop

• Situated on the outskirts of the Wadi Kabir region, closer to the mountains.
• Approx. 10,000 M2 used for fabrication works.
• W/Shop has the equipments and machines for carrying out jobs of varying capacity.
• Approx. 3000 tons of work per annum
• 20 management/executive staff & 150 skilled workers.
• Medium to heavy fabrication jobs such as tanks, silos, hoppers, mobile camps and various other structural works for drilling contractors.

2) Sohar Workshop

• Facility located in the 4th phase of the Sohar Industrial Estate.
• We have approx. 20,000 M2 of built –up area (2800 M2 covered shed) which is used for fabrication works.
• W/shop has new equipments and machines for carrying out jobs of varying capacity.
• Grit Blasting – Steel Grit (completely enclosed with exhaust recycling system) and Coating bay (enclosed to get proper coat and finish – combined area 635 M2
• Facility for assembling and testing finished products
• ASME “U” certification for manufacture of pressure vessels conforming to ASME Sec. VIII ‎Div. I construction
• ASME “S” certification for manufacture & assembly of power boilers
• National Board Certificate - “R” for Shop Repairs / Alterations & Field ‎Repairs of Pressure Vessels & Boiler

3) Al Hajiry Oil & Gas Co llc ( Nizwa Workshop)

• Facility located in the 1st phase of the Nizwa Industrial Estate.
• We have approx. 40,000 M2 of built –up area (3000 M2 covered shed) which is used for fabrication works.
• W/shop has new equipments and machines for carrying out jobs of varying capacity.
• Grit Blasting – Steel Grit (completely enclosed with exhaust recycling system) and Coating bay (enclosed to get proper coat and finish – combined area 700 M2
• Facility for assembling and testing finished products
• Currently the facility is being prepared for API Monogram 4F certification.
