We at Al Hajiry highly prioritise Quality by maintaining exceptionally high standards in whatever we do, with customer satisfaction being our driving force. We have in place an integrated management system, the performance and implementation of this is periodically monitored by our Quality Department.

Our Integrated Management System is developed in line with the requirements of the International Standards:  ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007. Our Integrated Management System has been certified and audited by the certification body: TUV SUD. In addition to this we are certified by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Our commitment to exceed customer expectations is demonstrated through continuous improvements in the quality of the products and services that we offer.

We ensure that we effectively implement the system, by:

  • Conducting Regular Internal Audits in all divisions
  • Identifying Non-Conformances
  • Conducting Root Cause Analysis
  • Implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions
  • Conducting Management Review meetings for Continuous Improvement

Quality Assurance:

Our Quality Assurance team is dedicated to one mission and that is to meet the exact standards in terms of Service, Quality and Consistency.

We believe in the fact that prevention is better than cure and in order for that we give importance to preventing problems rather than waiting for non conformances.

We ensure that all the employees working at Al Hajiry are trained in the management procedures that they are concerned with.

Quality Control:

We not only dedicate ourselves to deliver products just with the contractual requirements but also with the international quality standards and our well qualified Quality Control Staff ensure that we deliver the very best. Our QC Inspectors are certified by international bodies like: AWS (American Welding Society), TWI (The Welding Institute, UK), BGAS-CSWIP (UK) and ASNT (American Society of Non Destructive Testing) etc.

Our QA/QC Personnel are deployed to monitor the effective implementation of the Integrated Management System.

Continual Improvement:

We follow the concept of continual Improvement using the quality tool P-D-C-A.

In other words, we Plan what we have to do, Do it, Check it by analyzing the results and finally Act by implementing if the plan resulted in an improvement.

We look at satisfying the requirements put forward by the customers.
